ACME Lithium Inc. (CSE:ACME, Not Rated, Koby Kushner) has commenced Phase 2 drilling at its 100%-owned Clayton Valley Li brine project in Nevada, located NW of Albemarle’s (NYSE:ALB, Not Rated) Silver Peak Li deposit. Along with the completion of a larger diameter test well for conducting brine-aquifer permeability testing, the company plans to drill three new exploration holes to target deeper horizons and assess the continuity of stratigraphic units that were identified in the maiden discovery hole DH-1 (read more). The 427m deep maiden hole was drilled adjacent to the Silver Peak operation and encountered elevated Li levels ranging from 38-130 mg/L Li in all 25 samples. ACME has actively kickstarted its 2023 exploration campaign with two drill programs underway. Earlier in January, it commenced a 5,000m drill program at its 100%-owned Shatford Lake Li pegmatite project in Manitoba, which is contiguous to Sinomine’s (SZSE:002738, Not Rated) Tanco Li-Cs-Ta mine (read more).
