Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV:DBG, Not Rated, Timothy Lee) has resumed exploration drilling at its 100%-owned Hat polymetallic project located in Northwest British Columbia. The program is expected to consist of deposit exploratory definition drilling to delineate mineralization within the project area. Doubleview is exploring the western and eastern parts of the Lisle zone which it believes would expand the deposit and is also planning to drill the unexplored southern extension. The Lisle zone has indicated dimensions of ~2.7km by 1.7km and is still being delimited laterally and at depth. Although the company has previously conducted exploration programs that helped increase the understanding of the project and its geology, recent drilling has not defined the boundaries of the deposit. Looking ahead, results from ongoing drilling and recently reported results (read here and here) are expected to feed into a maiden mineral resource estimate at Hat, which is expected in H2/23.
