Impact: Positive
Canada Nickel (CNC) announced additional assays from the 2024 exploration program at its Mann Township properties, located 22km east of the company’s flagship Crawford project, in the Timmins area. The Mann property is 80%-owned by CNC and 20%-owned by Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. (TSXV:NOB, Not Rated), and it hosts four targets: Mann South, West, North, and Central. These results are from 31 holes, including 16 at Mann West, 11 at Mann South, and 4 at Mann Central. In our opinion, these are positive results, and they continue to confirm the company’s exploration model for its portfolio of projects in the Timmins area. The results from Mann West are notable, as they contain a higher average Ni grade than at the other targets. Mann West appears to have plenty of upside potential, as only about half of the geophysical target has been drilled to date.
