Mr. Fisher, who was already a Director of Churchill, is a geologist with over four decades of experience in the mining industry with a proven record of discovery and development across the world. His past roles include CEO of GoldQuest Mining Corp. (TSXV:GQC, Not Rated) and as Chairman of Aurelian Resources, which was sold to Kinross Gold (TSX:K, Not Rated). Mr. Easah has >15 years of exploration, mining and project development experience, and resides in Accra, Ghana. He was a founder and Director of Cardinal Resources Ltd., which was acquired by Shandong Gold Co.
