(TSXV:DSLV, Not Rated, Taylor Combaluzier) announced that Mr. Paul Sparkes, a member of its board since 2010, has been appointed as its Lead Independent Director, while Mr. Mateo Restrepo Villegas has also been appointed to the company’s board. Given both Mr. Sparkes and Mr. Restrepo have extensive experience in the mining industry, we expect their appointments should help guide the company as it works to develop its Zancudo, Aguablanca-Lomero, and Toral projects.
