E3 Lithium Ltd. (TSXV:ETL, BUY, C$7.50 target, Koby Kushner) has closed its previously announced (read more) agreement with Imperial Oil Ltd. (TSX:IMO, Not Rated). The company has issued ~3.4M warrants and ~128k shares to Imperial Oil with respect to the transaction and has received ~C$6.35M in return. E3 is expected to receive technical support from Imperial Oil helping to advance the Clearwater Li project further. A test well drilling program is currently underway at the project to verify brine chemistry and flow rates. Read more
