The company issued ~2.34M units at a price of US$2.35 with each unit comprising one common share and one warrant with a strike price of US$3.10 exercisable 36 months from closing. Electra plans to use the proceeds for capex/opex associated with the expansion, and recommissioning of the company’s 100%-owned Cobalt Refinery, which remains on track for H1/23 (read more).
