Electra Battery Materials Corp. (TSXV:ELBM, BUY, C$5.50 target, David A. Talbot) and its debt holders have agreed to postpone the unpaid interest on the convertible note closed in Feb/23 (read notable). The unpaid interest relates to the payment dates on August 15, 2023, and February 15, 2024, and Electra has agreed to satisfy ~US$401k of interest by issuing common shares to debt holders. Electra remains focused on the commissioning of the refinery which is on track for H2/24.
