Laramide Resources Ltd. (TSX:LAM, BUY, C$1.00 target, David A. Talbot) has recommenced the review process of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for its La Jara Mesa project uranium in the Cibola County of New Mexico. The review should lead to the completion of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and a United States Forest Service Record of Decision. The DEIS was published earlier in 2012 but the subsequent public review process was paused due to unfavourable market conditions. We believe this is a step in the right direction as the successful completion of the EIS should enable Laramide to apply for underground development permits for this 10.3M lbs U3O8 conventional uranium pipeline project.
