Libero Copper & Gold Corp. (TSXV:LBC, BUY, C$1.40 target, Taylor Combaluzier) has appointed Mr. Sunil Sharma as Chief Financial Officer and Ms. Michelle Borromeo as VP, Investor Relations, effective November 1st. Mr. Sharma has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting with public and private firms. He has previously held positions with Imperial Metals Corp. (TSX:III, Not Rated), Taseko Mines Ltd. (TSX:TKO, Not Rated) and Trilogy Metals (TSX:TMQ, Not Rated). Mr. Sharma holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. Ms. Borromeo has over 15 years of experience in investor relations, corporate development and strategic communications in the resource and energy sectors. Ms. Borromeo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Simon Fraser University. We view these appointments positively as Libero is in the midst of advancing its 100%-owned Mocoa and Big Red projects located in Colombia and BC, respectively.
