Skyharbour Resources Ltd. (TSXV:SYH, BUY (S), C$0.85 target, David A. Talbot) announced that it has acquired a 100% interest in several new uranium exploration claims spanning ~30k ha in the Athabasca Basin, through staking and an agreement with Eagle Plain Resources Ltd. (TSXV:EPL, Not Rated). The acquired properties include the drill-ready 6,362 ha Foster project, located ~20km East of Cameco’s (TSX:CCO, Not Rated) Key Lake project in the southeast of the basin. Foster hosts untested coincident geophysical and geochemical anomalies, with potential to host pegmatite- and fault-hosted uranium mineralization. Skyharbour also acquired: 1) one claim on the northern edge of its Karin project in the Highrock Lake area, 2) four claims (13,026 ha) at the Pluto Bay project, located ~14km north of the basin, and 3) another two claims (9,896 ha) in the Newham Lake area.
