Snow Lake Resources Ltd. (NASDAQCM:LITM, Not Rated, Alina Islam) provided an update on its recently-acquired, ~19,000 ha Black Lake uranium project (option for 100%) located in the Athabasca Basin (map). Upon receiving permits, the company plans to initiate exploration with an airborne survey over the entire project area. This exploration program is four-phased. The first phase is complete as all historical exploration data has been reviewed. The second phase is currently being scheduled and will include the airborne survey to identify targets for fieldwork. The third phase will include initial prospecting, mapping, and ground geophysics, to refine the results of the airborne survey and locate drill targets. The fourth phase will include a diamond drilling program (~2,000m, ~10 holes). Importantly, the objective of the program is to produce an initial SK-1300-compliant MRE. We look forward to an abundance of news flow over the coming months as Snow Lake continues to advance Black Lake, as well as the Engo Valley uranium project in Namibia (read notable). Read more
