Stallion Uranium Corp. (TSXV:STUD, Not Rated, David A. Talbot) announced the results of a 4,277 line-km airborne gravity survey over a 637 sq km section of its Southwestern Athabasca Basin JV with Atha Energy (TSXV:SASK, Not Rated, David A. Talbot) in northern Saskatchewan. Based on analysis of the data, four anomalous low gravity zones were identified. The central zone is located over the Patterson Lake trend, which hosts the world class Triple R and Arrow deposits. The four identified anomalies are interpreted to correspond to subsurface zones, such as prospective conductor trends, that were previously identified as high priority areas. The gravity lows are believed to be responses from alteration zones, which are prospective for movement of mineralized fluids and deposition of uranium mineralization. The results of the survey are to be integrated with other exploration data as Stallion plans to focus future exploration into high-potential areas. Read more
