Impact: Very Positive
Strathmore Plus Uranium announced drill results from the recently completed 100-hole Phase 1 of the 2024 drill program at its 100%-owned Agate uranium project in Wyoming. Overall, 94 out of 100 holes completed in Phase 1 intersected mineralization and extended the host Lower sand’s northern trend to 3,700 feet (~1,100m) in length, which is triple the 1,200 foot length interpreted before the start of the program, and double the 1,800 foot length outlined by the interim results from the first 60 holes released in June (read notable). Highlight results include: 1) 0.128% eU3O8 over 7.5 feet (AG-175-24), 2) 0.116% eU3O8 over 15 feet (AG-200-24), and 3) 0.1067% eU3O8 over 16 feet (AG-162-24). Phase 1 returned very encouraging drill results that have tripled the mineralized footprint with very few barren holes and validated Strathmore’s exploration model. The acquisition of new claims covering ground where mineralization is interpreted to be on trend with recent and historical drilling is another positive sign. We now look forward to the start of Phase 2 of the 2024 program in the fall to drill another ~100 holes at Agate.
