Impact: Positive
Talisker reported results from two additional holes from the 81-hole (14,949m) resource conversion drill program completed in Feb/24 at its 100%-owned flagship Bralorne Au project in southern BC. Drilling in these two holes targeted the BK-9870 and Alhambra veins in the King block, with one hole at each. Both holes encountered gold mineralization within the target veins. Highlights include: 1) 38.17 g/t Au over 5.20m from the Alhambra vein (SB-2024-008A), and 2) 4.22 g/t Au over 8.15m, including 9.58 g/t Au over 1.90m, within the BK-9870 vein (SB-2024-011). The infill holes were drilled to help upgrade the resource and establish continuity of high-grade mineralization at the King block, which currently hosts Indicated resources of 117kt containing 33.4k oz Au and Inferred resources of 1,674kt containing 315.5k oz Au. Assays remain pending for 896 samples from drilling completed in Q1/24. In our opinion, these are positive results, with high-grade intersections that help demonstrate continuity in the Alhambra and BK-9870 veins. These should help upgrade the resource within areas scheduled for mining in the next few years.
