Whitehorse Gold Corp. (TSXV:WHG, BUY, C$1.65 target, Timothy Lee) announced board and management changes, including the appointment of Mr. Alex Zhang to the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Zhang is a geoscientist with over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, most recently as Vice President, Exploration of New Pacific Metals Corp. (TSX:NUAG, Not Rated). Mr. Lorne Waldman, already a Director has become Chairman of the Board, replacing Dr. Mark Cruise, who has resigned. Ms. Jean Zhang, currently the CFO, has also been appointed Corporate Secretary, replacing Ms. Nikki Graham, who has also resigned. Read more
