Whitehorse Gold Corp. (TSXV:WHG, BUY, C$1.65 target, Timothy Lee) reported assay results for the final 30 holes from the 2021 drill program at its 100%-owned Skukum Au-Ag project in the Yukon. This includes infill and step-out drilling from the three deposits on the property: Skukum Creek, Mt. Skukum and Goddell. Highlights from the new infill holes include 1) 15.68 g/t Au and 26 g/t Ag (16.1 g/t AuEq) over 7.75m in hole MS21-003, drilled at the Mt. Skukum deposit; and 2) 6.05 g/t Au and 106 g/t Ag (7.54 g/t AuEq) over 14m in hole SC21-027, drilled at Skukum Creek. Hole RACA21-003, a step-out hole drilled in the RACA zone, located to the east of the Skukum Creek deposit, encountered multiple high-grade silver intercepts, including 1) 581 g/t Ag over 3.2m and 2) 489 g/t Ag over 2.65m. Broadly, these results are in-line with expectations and with past drilling on the property. The hole in the RACA zone is encouraging, and the infill holes should help lead to an upgraded resource for the project. Read more
