Aurion Resources provided an update on exploration activities at its 100%-owned Risti Au project located in the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt in northern Finland. Within the southern Risti property, three holes (558m) were drilled into the Kaaresselkä prospect and seven (1,082m) into the greater Kaares area. Its 2022 scout drill results are proving to be very successful. The results were highlighted by significant Au-Cu intercepts that targeted the Kaaresselkä prospect, within the Kaares area, in the southern part of the ~16,200 ha Risti property. At least four zones of gold mineralization, including up to 17.1 g/t Au over 5.9m, were identified while testing base of till anomalies in conjunction with geophysical anomalies.
