Barton Gold Holdings Ltd. (ASX:BGD, OTCQB:BGDFF, BUY, A$0.70 target, Timothy Lee) announced a proposed private placement for gross proceeds of A$3M by issuing 12.5M shares at A$0.24/share. The company reported firm commitments from existing and new Australian, European and North American investors. Subsequently, a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) is planned for existing eligible shareholders targeting A$1M of gross proceeds at A$0.24/share.
