Impact: Positive
Scintillometer results were reported from an additional 13 holes from F3 Uranium’s summer drill program at the JR zone at its 100%-owned PLN project in the SW Athabasca Basin. Anomalous radioactivity was identified on the newly discovered A1B shear zone, ~2.6km south of the JR-zone. Two holes returned off-scale radioactivity at the JR zone, extending off-scale radioactive mineralization 25m to the south to line 120S, and resulting in a 52m dip extent at line 45S, respectively. We believe the identification of radioactivity on the A1B conductor, and the extension of off-scale radioactivity on the JR zone to the south is very promising and should bode well for helping target zone extensions and potentially future resources. PLN is one the highest-grade deposits in the western Athabasca Basin and we believe these results also demonstrate the size potential of mineralization at the project.
