Impact: Positive
Talisker announced additional drill results from its 15,000m resource conversion program at its 100%-owned flagship Bralorne Au project in southern BC. The results are from two infill holes testing the BK and Alhambra veins that confirmed the high-grade nature of the mineralized shoots within the vein structures. Highlights include intercepts grading up to 28.58 g/t Au over 6.35m (SB-2023-023; BK vein). We view these as another set of positive drill results with grades in line with or above the historically mined average grades of 17.7 g/t Au. Although these are infill holes, they show the high-grade nature of veins set to be mined early in Talisker’s mine plan. It should help Talisker in upgrading its largely Inferred ~1.7M oz Au resource, ahead of the commencement of production.
