Talisker Resources Ltd. (TSX:TSK, BUY, C$1.95 target, Timothy Lee) announced that it has signed a definitive ore purchase agreement with New Gold Inc. (TSX:NGD, Not Rated) as per which New Gold is to purchase and process up to 350kt of ore mined at Talisker’s Bralorne Au project in BC, at its New Afton mill. The agreement can be extended by mutual consent between the two companies. The 1.7M oz Au Bralorne project is fully permitted and hosts a high-grade past-producing mine. With the recently completed portal and decline at the Mustang mine at Bralorne (read notable), Talisker is on track to achieve initial production in 2024.
