Impact: Positive
Noram Lithium announced assays from hole CVZ-72 of the ongoing 12-hole Phase VI drilling program of its 100%-owned Zeus Li clay project in Nevada. The hole returned the longest and highest-grade Li intercept to date at Zeus. In our view, this is a positive development for Noram as these results bring Noram a step closer in its pursuit of upgrading the inferred resources to M&I ahead of the PFS by year-end. We believe Noram represents a compelling value proposition, considering that it trades at a fraction of its NPV, and these results are likely to raise eyebrows as it emerges as a key Li player in Clayton Valley.
